New release from FG-Airsoft which is called the Stainless Steel CNC Nozzle head with AFS (Adjustable Flow System). This is made to work with the WE Open Bolt M4, M16, HK416, L85 and more. According to François, this was designed as the the original factory nozzle head is prone to damage due to design and material used. Short Q&A below:

"Q - This material is much more expensive and difficult to work than aluminium, so why use stainless steel?

A - The stainless steel used for manufacturing means that this part is much more durable compared to plastic and has better ‘cool down’ properties compared to aluminium.

Q - Why keep the plastic nozzle body (rear part) from WE?

A - Again, the goal is to limit the ‘cool down’ effect.  The rear portion of the nozzle has much more contact with gas during the operating cycle.  By keeping the rear plastic part of the nozzle, cooling is considerably reduced.

This FG-Airsoft upgrade part also has the proven AFS (Adjustable Flow System).  With AFS -  the speed of the BB's is adjustable through the ejector port without disassembly.

The FG-Airsoft AFS System enables consistent and therefore more accurate shooting.

Ranges measured with propane at 20 ° C, with 0.2 g BB's , on WE M16 from 210 to 450 fps.
