It's drool time again as we found about photos have been posted by the Airsoft Surgeon at his Facebook Page. This is the Airsoft Surgeon Custom Inokatsu M4 GBB IWA Special Edition which surely looks gorgeuous. We don't have detailed description about this baby, but if we just rely on the base gun, which is the Inokatsu, we could say that the Airsoft Surgeon spared no expense in making this beauty. As for the price, we are afraid to know.
