SCDTV: New Reviews & The Camolegion Pattern

OptimusPrime

It's back to clacking on the keyboards for the SCDTV crew and taking a break from clicking on the cameras as they produce three more written reviews for this week. The first two cover the products done with the PenCott GreenZone pattern with the SpecOps Gear K.93 line and the Stronghold Radio Pouch. The third review gives us a first look into the first camo pattern produced by Polish Tactical Gear Maker, Helikon-Tex, and it's called the Camolegion.

SPECOPS K.93 GREENZONE

I know what we're missing. Briefs in Greenzone. Can you imagine how awsome they would be?  But seriously, all guys green with envy should take a glimpse at the gallery of Specops’s Kaliber 93 line, which is supposed to be, and is, a cheaper equivalent of the regular line. K.93 was introduced in 2009 and after 5 years, we can get it in the most fancy camo we know.

Thanks to SprzetMilitarny shop,  the sole distributor of Specops gear, we hava the pleasure to test virtually the entire K.93 line; AK / Beryl double pouch, AR15 double pouch, cargo, hydro pouch, grenade pouch and 9mm magazine single pouch.

STRONGHOLD RADIO POUCH GEN.1

Yet another radio pouch…

Well, this particular pouch has been around for a couple of months. If you keep track of our youtube channel you might remember that a couple of months ago we did a video review of Stronghold’s Zero Pals rig, and now, thanks to Sprzetmilitarny.pl, we got our hands on Gen.1 radio pouch in Dudek’s favourite PenCott GreenZone. Yay!

CAMOLEGION BY HELIKON

Sometime ago, we gathered over 20 woodland patterns  to make a simple comparison. The Camolegion was neither bad nor good. Just average. Take a look at the photo, where you can see Camolegion next to MC Tropic, Jaba Poliova, Atacs FG and Greenzone. You can notice the resemblance to Atacs pattern. Helikon’s camouflage lacks green, which would make it more woodland friendly. With all those brownish colours it’s just a big dot, when spotted from a distance.
