There are a lot of things that you don't to happen to you whilst in the midst of an airsoft game, such as running out gas, jammed guns, stripped gears, no more ammo, ripped trousers, and there is the running out of batteries with your action cam when you are about to do an awesome final assault or shot. We have been wondering what model of the Pivothead Eyewear-mounted HD Cameras that RA-Tech got for their use and in this video, they are holding the Pivothead Recon Conceal. They test the lens as these are impact resistant meeting ANSI Z80.3 standards. They shot the lens with 0.2g BBs with greengas at 317fps, 436fps, and 500fps point blank. Watch the video and find out if the lens can give the protection for your eyes in airsoft.

RA-Tech just got a new toy to use for their reviews. They have one of the Pivothead Eyewear with a High Definition Camera which is seen as a pinhole in the middle of the frame. This allows an almost eye-level of camera capture and since it's right between the eyes it can give an even better POV. The lens are Impact Resistance ANSI Z80.3 types which means it can meet requirements of airsoft sites, unless your site requires full seal ones.

Emerson Tactical is at it, producing affordable helmet cameras that can be use by airsoft players and we posted the other day the version with an LCD screen and can be mounted on the helmet using the NVG mounts. This time a new and longer version that can be mounted on helmet rails or even used on bicycles with the mounting options is also available at RSOV.com for US$103.99.

Another interesting mini camera that's released by Emerson Tactical. This is a mini camera that can be mounted on the helmet and already designed with camo patterns already part of the design scheme and it's available in multicam, digital deset, A-TACS AU, and A-TACS FG. It supports 720p HD though it's frame rate is not indicated. It would be nice if it can come in different cases of various colours or camo patterns to match your loadout.
