Timerzanov Airsoft: Ares L85A2 AFV AEG Review

It has been sometime now that somebody reviews the compact Ares Airsoft L85A2 AFV AEG which is designed for vehicle and artillery crews in the British Army. Timerzanov Airsoft got one for a review.. "Today I propose to you the review of a replica not seen very often in the field. Here is the L85A2 AFV from ARES! Good viewing! The L85 assault rifle is a Bullpup type weapon which consists of moving the mechanism back behind the trigger, into the butt; this follows the various prototypes were produced at Enfield, manufactured precisely by the Royal Enfield Arsenal.
This technology therefore makes it possible to create a compact weapon while retaining a long barrel making it possible to take advantage of all the power of the cartridges. But also, the distribution of the masses makes more comfortable the control of the shooting in bursts. The L85A1 entered service in 1985 in the British Army, it experienced its baptism of fire during the First Gulf War. The weapon was then modernized in the 2000s resulting in the L85A2.

ARES delivers here a very faithful replica, with a weight close to the real one, and qualitative materials to get as close as possible to the original."
