No. Not even close. The WE Tech Galaxy was terrible, and this was one of the more frustrating reviews to get out. Our function test was riddled with misfires, jams, and had horrible hop-up performance. (I was only able to put one BB on paper at 100 feet!) It has a few lazy design features, specifically the position of the safety and the fact that it must be completely disassembled to adjust the hop-up unit (despite having a hinge-open design). Not to mention, the Galaxy (listed as a G-series airsoft replica) actually uses a slightly different magazine than other G-Series airsoft replicas… So what’s the real value here? There isn’t any. As far as I can tell, the WE Tech Galaxy is a more expensive and less effective AAP-01."
