EB Tactical is aggressively going into the tactical gear market, and putting out its own brand called Fourstar Tactical Gear. They claim that the materials they use are from Genune Goretex, which would be a good choice in making gear, and low-cost ones at that. The image below show soft-shell Tactical gear which includes the PCU-Level 5 in regular colour (Grey), and it seems that they will release versions in MARPAT, Italian Vegetata, and Multicam.
Hong Kong retailer EB Tactical is accepting pre-orders of the replica PCU Level 5 which is a hard to find item and is expensive to acquire at eBay. If you're wondering what this is all about, the PCU or Protective Combat Uniform Level 5 is in use by US Special Operations units as they prefer this set over the usual ECWCs. This is breathable, and water repellent. The items will be available by mid-April 2008 and an initial 100 units will be released.
EB Tactical now has in stock a replica of the Trijicon ACOG TA01NSN that is an actual optical sight, as compared to other ACM ACOG replicas that sport red/green dot sights. It is capable of 4x magnification and the design is actually closer to the TA01NSN complete with markings. It is sold out for the meantime so you'll have to wait until it is back in stock. For the price of US$98 with free shipping, it's a steal!
