One of the longest running and vibrant airsoft websites in the global airsoft community, the UK-based Arnies Airsoft,  which has over 40,000 active members, will turn 8 on Sunday, 23 November 2008... "For once I’ve had a chance to realise that it will shortly be this site’s Birthday and as of next Sunday (November 23rd) we’ll be 8. Yes that’s eight years of continuous web presence and service to the community.

Announcement coming from RSOV... "As informed by UPS (United Parcel Service) all packages of 'Toys' being imported to France from all countries MUST have document of 'CE' Certificate of Conformity for proper customs clearance or the packages will be seized and destroyed and cannot be returned to shipper. The new regulation has been commenced today September 18, 2008.
 

One of the most awaited airsoft events in the Philippines is now announced, the Semper Fidelis Megaball which always held in the province of Pampanga in Central Luzon, is now on. A great number of players from all over the Philippines converge in the province to have a great weekend of skrimishes, shooting competitions, "pimp my AEG",  and an all night party. There is also an airsoft photo competition in the works. No further details, but date is set on the 8th-9th November 2008.
 

Airsoft Events are inviting players in the US to join in the fifth installment of Blind Fury... "Last year event showed us that the Tropicos were beatable. they have been strong for so many years, everyone thought it would take a miracle to make them fall but they were wrong. At the end of Blind Fury 4, the Tropicos were on the edge of collapsing. The Kreigers allies finally got enough power to step in the country and have a stronger influence on everything.
 

Airsoft Games Club (ASG) Davao Chapter are organising this event... "Tension is running high around the Districts of Argu, Sierra and Gam. A1 information pointed to an impending assault on a high rise building in the District of Sierra. The challenge - Sierra being a "No Fire-Arms Zone" among Locals and Warlords must be breached with minimal insult (to locals) and collateral damage. The strike must be Swift, Furious and Deadly. - Mission: UNKNOWN !"
 

Shadowstealth03 MILSIM forum is organising the event... "Somebody really screwed up on this one. Somehow, a non-commercial aircraft has made its way through U.S. Airspace undetected. Airforce officials can’t justify how they let this one slip through. The Military is sending in CID to investigate the situation. It’ll be a matter of time before they figure out who is at the bottom of this. For all we know it can be espionage.
 

The 7th Infantry Division of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), is organising an airsoft tournament called Heroes of the Great Raid, which shall take place on 27 July 2008 at the Philippine Special Forces School in Fort Magsaysay, province of Nu­eva Ecija.
