Ken of Stirling Airsoft sent in news on their upcoming event... "Hi,Just wanted to send you some info about Stirling Airsoft’s next big airsoft game, Operation Silent Eye, our first annual England Vs Scotland game, to be held at Catterick Urban Ops F.I.BU.A. Village on December 6th and 7th 2008. Unlike most of our other airsoft games, which are based on the ongoing "All Out War" storyline.

Airsoft competition invitation from the Northern part of the Philippines... "With the fast pace growth of airsoft in the Philippines, we are pleased to inform you and our group, the STA CATALINA AIRSOFT RENEGADE FORCE(SCARF) will be conducting an airsoft tournament on November 8-9, 2008 at the sta catalina churchyard, the event is entitled 'Sta Catalina Siege….Kakasa ka ba sa Sta Catalina?' This tournament is aimed at putting Sta Catalina in the limelight of the fastest growing hobby in the Philippines and be a part of our town fiesta celebrations.

Airsoft Tournament in the Middle East with about 32 12-man teams participating in this event being organised by the UFAC-Gulf Airsoft Federation. To be held on the 7th to the 28th of November, these teams will vie for the honour to be the top team in the Dubai. They've got king of the hill, VIP escort, bomb disposal, blackhawk down, and gunsmithing competitions. Even a gunshow and photo competition is included.

Airsoft GI is organising this event and will be held on the 8th of November 2008 at Lenix Airsoft Field. Slots are limited to 60 players evenly divided to 30 for the Good Guys and 30 for the Bad Guys... "The Mission (This is a FICTIONAL GAME!!!!) Filforce is organising a benefit game for a fallen comrade of theirs... "This game will be a benefit fundraiser for the family of our team mate, Bruno (Allan Ceniza) who passed away yesterday morning (10/16/08). Bruno was the 'leader' of the Abu forces at Balakatan Sulu Storm. Proceeds from this game will go to his family. Those who can not attend are encouraged to send a minimum $5 donation to the Bruno fund.

"This registered charity (Help For Heroes) was the idea of Appeal Chairman Bryn Parry and a group of friends and relations, many of who have connections with serving servicemen and women. Bryn and his wife Emma wanted to do something to help the wounded and came up with the idea of a sponsored bike ride. They mentioned it to some friends who mentioned it to some more friends and suddenly Help For Heroes was born and growing fast.

Combat Action Games Norfolk is inviting players to participate in Operation Counterweight which will be held on the 18th - 19th of October at the RAF Sculthorpe... "A small group of terrorist have taken control of the special stores at RAF Sculthorpe. VX poison gas rockets are stored with in the complex. These have the ability of firing at London.
