One of the IWI rifles that we want to see an airsoft version of. Tom of IWI USA shows to Larry Vickers the Galil Ace 21-N, a compact 5.56 NATO version of the Galil Assault Rifle. With a 2-part top rail and tri-rail on the firearm allows for mounting weapons accessories, what we like is that it is compatible with the NATO STANAG magazine. If an airsoft version is made, we can use M4 mags with it.
The King Arms IWI Galil AEG with the electric blowback features is in stock again at Evike.com. This AEG is almost 10 years old and it has fully licensed IWI trademarks. It still uses the stick type battery, has a 7mm full metal version 3 gearbox, and folding stock.
Not exactly a new product by ICS has a good line of Galil-style AEGs called the ICAR Series. These are well-made airsoft rifles with the fire selector switch on the left side of the rifle also working. As for the models, you can select from the ARM, AR, GRM, GR, and the MRS series, with the MRS looking more like a Galil designed for the 21st Century.

Tough test for the IWI ACE which should already be in the list of airsoft manufacturers to make since the Galil versions have already been released. The IWI ACE is still based on the Galil mechanism but with more flexibility and ergonomics with rails to put in optics and other weapons accessories.
