The stock adapter allows you to install an AR stock to the SCAR-L, which according to the designers is much easier to use than the standard SCAR stock. It seems folding the stock feature is disabled once the adapter is mounted.

Anyway, this is a video walkthrough of the KSC Model 75 pistol and for those who know their pistols, they will notice that is a Tanfoglio pistol and indeed it comes with Tanfoglio markings. Since it's a KSC expect it to be firing at Japanese legal limits and you may need to do some upgrading to make it fit your requirements.
