Midsummer Nightmare is a 30+ hour event, held over two nights and one day. It is not your typical force-on-force airsoft event, and it was awesome to hear Jordan's full recap."

It's actually a good habit for a team to do an AAR after a game and event especially when they have video footage. The Storm Riders reviews actual gameplay footage to check teamwork and movement... "The weather for Defense at Grozny was “polar” opposite to the weather at Raid on Rostov, going from 100+ degrees and 100% humidity to below freezing temperatures at the darkest moments of the night.

For airsoft event organisers, here's an example of an After Action Report they can follow that is based on player's (read: customers) feedback. Raptor 1 Milsim posted this AAR fo the Milsim West Raid on Rostov which took place almost two weeks ago. The AAR, according to them has no Cadre (organiser) input and is purely from the player's viewppoints. This can help the organisers make improvements and corrections to their game organising process and structure.
