Overall, this is a really unique AEG that combines a carbine length with a sort of sniper style.

Echo1 Brian introduces you to someone who makes the presentation on the Echo1 RedStar Igor in Russian... "The Echo1 Red Star Igor is one of the most affordable, durable, and upgradeable russian style sniper rifle. The Igor comes with full metal and polymer furniture. It weighs under 6 lbs. Inside features a pre-upgraded gearbox that shoots 380fps, but also takes version 3 style upgrade parts if you want more performance.
Booligan is next to gives his take on this upcoming AEG from Echo1 USA Airsoft... "Right now, if you're in the market for a VSS Vintorez, you will soon have a few options to choose from. Some have better internals, some have better externals, but I personally think that this is a good option for your run-of-the-mill airsofter.
Brian at Echo1 USA shows the new Echo1 RedStar IGOR AEG which is based on th VSS Vintorez rifle. This AEG has a modified Version 3 gearbox for easier upgrades and battery can be installed in the skeleton stock, making it a rear-wired AEG. This comes with a 2 high capacity magazines and Scope rail when you buy it as soon as it becomes available at retailers.
Another video of the Echo1 USA's RedStar IGOR and this time it's from Airsoft GI. If we heard it right, the release of this AEG will be in Spring 2014, which is just so unfortunate for those who are expecting this to be available just in time for the Holiday Festivities... "From such video games as Battlefield 3 and Bad Company 2, Echo 1 decided to make the VSS IGOR! Although it hasn't hit the market yet, the gun is scheduled to be released early next year, and we are very excited about it.
Perhaps this is the second video of the Echo1 RedStar Igor AEG done outside of Echo1 USA. Black Ops Airsoft has a sample of the upcoming product from Echo1 USA and which is based on the VSS Vintorez and they give us a quick overview and a range test of the AEG. No information yet on pricing an ETA, but stay tune, it will probably be released before Christmas.
