The Firearms Blog reports that Colt Holding Corporatiom will be finalising a deal to buy LWRC International for US$60 Million by the 1st of March 2014. As part of the deal, LWRC will also be relocated to Florida or Texas for less regulations on firearms manufacturing and perhaps for taxation purposes.
