Instructor Zero's latest video should get you going to practice your gun assembly skills. This video show's him doing a quick gun assembly... using only one hand. If that's not going to impress you, he does it with a gas mask. Two additional videos are included where he explains the drill, all courtesy of TeamZero.

Instructor Zero of Funker Tactical demonstrates how to shoot upside down. This is probably one of the shooting positions we hope that we don't get into, engaging targets whilst shooting in an inverted position. But if you want to be prepared in such situation, it will take a lot practice and a lot of rounds (thousands perhaps) to be proficient at it.
