This is a really most unfortunate incident. A crew member of the "COPS" reality tv show was shot and killed during a robbery at a Wendy's hamburger joint in Omaha, Nebraska. The reality tv show crew were filming the police responding to the robbery, where suspect, 32-year-old Cortez Washington, was seen raising his pistol against the police. Shots were fired and suspect was hit. The crew member, Bryce Dion, was wearing a bulletproof vest, but a bullet hit an exposed area.
