Soon my full review on the APS-X barrel/Hop-Up Combo is coming. My WE 1911 gave up on me so I had to complete the review with a Tokyo Marui 1911. All I can say in advance that the results are pretty impressing and I never thought I'll be able to use 0.40 BBs effectively with my single-stack.
My 1911 is equipped with a tight bore barrel so I was able to compare the APS-X to a PDI barrel during my tests. I get roughly the same results as Knuckles GSM who used the barrel in a TM Hi-Capa.
