The latest review from Airsoft Obsessed has Dave Baks going over the Ares Airsoft M4 e-Carbine... "I found the Ares m4 e-Carbine to be quite impressive in it's stock form, especially considering its MSRP of $300. Obviously there are some cosmetic changes I would make if it were my personal piece, but performance wise I really couldn't ask for much more. The trigger is a switch rather than the traditional sliding shuttle which make the trigger response quite snappy and a joy to play in semi auto. From the manufacturer: MOSFET-based firing controller, Gearbox/ECU custom built around each other, Full Cycle completion.

Some other highlights are that it has built in lipo cutoff, features the RVTS system which allows for the quick change of springs, and a tightbore inner barrel.
