APS are busy at work to produce two more models for their Phamtom Extremis Rifle Series (PER). It seems it was just like yesterday that they released the APS PER MKII and now they will reveal a MKIII and MKIV in the works. Video posted on at their Facebook page show the accuracy of the MKIII hitting a 16-inch plate at 130 feet on full auto.
