Real steel and action air competitive shooter, Joe Lau of APS, does an accuracy test of the APS XTP (Xtreme Training Pistol) CO2 Blowback Pistol in this video. This can shoot both CO2 and Green Gas and can be used in CQB or indoor games. As for muzzle velocity it gives around 350fps on CO2 and 320fps on Green gas. They also improved the nozzle to keep the pistol long lasting.
