We saw this photo at the home page of eBayBanned. This is an EOTech Holosight Replica with a visible laser module included. Though there's no corresonding actual EOTech product similar to it, and the closest is the EOLAD-1V which also has the differently designed laser module.  So for now well just wait for more details such specifications and pricing from eBaybanned which we hope would not be for long.
