The Q Collar is simple in design and use. You put a sized and fitted collar and and go on with your activities. That is it. It works in the background by slightly restricting the return blood-flow from your head. This raises the blood volume in and around your brain slightly. Which in turn creates more cushion should your head take an impact.

While I try to avoid banging my head off of things, I have noticed a significant improvement in doing Double Unders in the gym. All that jumping just bounces your brain around. With this, there is a marked improvement in performance. No headache!
