Marty Airsoft presents two MOSFETS made by Arm-V of Russia. You can select which you want to use for your AEG depending on your requirements. You can choose the Arm-V or Arm-V Pro MOSFETS with the Pro version having more features and can be programmed via USB with a software to use to program the shot features as well as it comes with a light indicator.
