Random Trashy goes over another Warrior Assault Systems product, the IFAK Pouch. Thus can take in a personal medkit, combat gauze, CAT, and trauma bandage with the medical sheers secured at the rear. It has additional external webbing to attach extra CATs or smaller pouches and with a velcro base for attachement of patches such as First Aid patch. It can be readily attach to gear with MOLLE loops.
