The Bizon 2 was designed at the request of the Russian authorities as a functional anti-terrorist weapon and specifically for use in close quarters battle situations. It has a unique helical fed magazine, which means that the bullets are fed through the magazine in a spiral pattern to save space. Whats the benefit of this style of mag? Well for starters, it's a lot less likely to be snagged on anything, you can lie closer and flatter on the ground and as far as the real steel version is concerned, much more bullets!

It's a shame that the bullet capacity isn't transported into the airsoft world. The magazine is huge, if it was a hi-cap it would easily hold around 3000 BB's but as Silverback were unable to design a horizontal hi-cap mechanism, we've been given a 160rd Mid-cap. Ah well, we reckon that this will mainly be purchased by experienced players, so no need for the BB hailstorm and welded-on trigger anyway!"
