The Airsoft Obsessed blog just flooded us with links to their SHOT Show 2013 reports, which means they're finally done with all the photos and text they had during the Show after almost two months. We decided to break these reports into four parts so you can take your time in reading them all. And if you're after some photos, you won't be disappointed. First part covers tactical gear from Eagle Industris, Crye Precision and Condor Outdoor.
According to Soldier Systems, Eagle Industries have issued a recall of their Land CIRAS Vests that were made prior to 2010. This was posted at their Facebook Page but it seems nowhere to be found there when we checked nor it's also at their website. Here's what Soldier Systems caught and if you find it we would appreciate a link:
**RECALL ON EAGLE INDUSTRIES CIRAS (#219)**
This is a limited release at SKDTac, so if you like, go get it... "This unique CIRAS was made for a special customer that requested PALS webbing on the rear portion of the cummerbund to allow for the mounting of additional pouches. We were able to secure the production over-run at Eagle, so we are passing on this unique opportunity to our customers at a one-time only special purchase price of $455. These were ONLY produced in LARGE & MEDIUM, so no other sizes are or will be available.
This one is now at SKDTac... "The Sigma, Alpha and Beta Bags are our deluxe line of travel/gear bags. They are constructed of rugged 11 oz. polyurethane water-resistant Cordura nylon. The Sigma, Alpha and Beta Bags feature: A closure assist flap on the main compartment. Snap down storm flap on the main compartment. Large #9 YKK zippers on all compartments with dual sliders. Continuous wrap around carrying handles for superior weight support.
Especially designed according to the specifications of SKDTac... "Due to the high demand for the excellent Eagle Universal Chest Rig, designed by Paul Howe, we contacted Eagle to create a custom modification for us in early 2005. The plan was simple- remove the very user-specific MBITR pouches and put 4 rows of modular PALS webbing instead.
