The founder and CEO of Magpul Industries, Richard Fitzpatrick, will officially retire by March 2017. He designed the original "Quick Pull" for the M16A2 magazine 24 years ago and eventually it was called "Magpul" and from there, he established the company bearing the same name which is now one of the more respected companies in the firearms industries and the tactical community.
