A departure from the usual airsoft videos by eHobby Asia as they show also that they are also into real steel stuff. This video shows the eHobby Asia crew going to Thailand to undertake a real steel shooting course which includes not just some target shooting, but defensive handgun practices. Some real steel shooting this time for Team Blacksheep's and Echo1's Brian Holt as he takes a reel steel XCR to the shooting range before Christmas day... "Was at LA shooting range and taking out the XCR and sighting in my DD M4 from Piru rain match. The XCR is a mix of several great rifles. Doesn't shoot like a M4 but easy to control and use. Gas piston rifle so and multi caliber makes it interesting and cool."

Brian Holt of Team Blacksheep (and Echo1 USA) spends the day at the range with the guys from Rifle Dynamics with which Echo1 USA have a licensing agreement to produce Rifle Dynamics designs for the airsoft market. They're not shooting the airsoft versions though, they're here to shoot the real deal guns. Looks like he really had great time there.

Breaching through the door and through the roof as elite operators show their stuff in this commercial featuring the real steel M6A2 from LWRC International. The rifle has a low-profile gas block, longer mid-length free float rail system, no A-frame sight standing in the way to mount your optics and with the rail system, you can mount more weapons accessories. Interesting real steel firearm made by MasterPiece Arms which at first glance will remind you of a MAC machine pistol. This is a semi-auto pistol that can fire 5.7x28mm in a 20-round magazine and is in A-TACS AU hydrographic coating. It will be available to the US civilian market for US$659.00.  You might want to wish that there'll be an airsoft version of this.

The top shooters from the Russian Federation of Practical Shooting puts the AK-12 prototype through the paces to find out if it promises more than recent AK variants. The video shows better recoil handling and more accurate shooting. The AK-12 is now undergoing factory testing which will wrap up by the end of the year and State testing for final approval before it gets issued to Russian forces will commence in 2013.

Airsoft Community Italy came out with a real steel review, with Etabeta reviewing the Chinese version of the Soviet SKS Carbine... "After the initial 'shock' due to the age of the weapon I tried to give an assessment as objective as possible, which was not influenced by age or origin of the rifle, whereas I belong to a generation that has never used the Garand.
