An interesting project by Alumyx in which he converted a Nail Gun into an airsoft gun... "DIY conversion of a pneumatic nail gun to an airsoft gun. 40% of internal parts are homemade (with a lathe and a small milling machine, AL6061 & brass), 30% are modified nail gun parts, and 30% are stock. The key point was to switch from a hammer/piston system to an nozzle/air-flow system. The hopup is a modified Silverback SRS-A1 hopup. The gun is running an AEG cut, 250 mm long, 6.05 brass barrel with a 70° flat hopup rubber (Silverback). The inner barrel is guided inside a DTSS silencer with a DTSS barrel spacer."
