With a name that brings to mind a powerful muscle car with a formidable engine, the Springfield V12 is a unique ported 1911 pistol. Reknowned for it's accuracy, reliability and craftsmanship in the real steel world, the V12 took center stage in the famous Hollywood movie FACEOFF, which pitched Nicholas Cage using a pair of gold plated V12's with John Travolta sporting a much lesser, albeit still beautiful, nickel slide two-tone P226. Dual wielding these V12's was expected for any worthy John Wu directed movie, and this was no exception. It's arguable whether any other pistol has made such an impression as these beautiful pistols did in FACEOFF.
