The HEL-STAR 5 is helmet mounted strobe that has three functions. It is designed for airborne and ground operations day and night. During our testing of the HEL-STAR, we became huge fans of the build quality and two button setup. As for the LED’s brightness, it is amazing! They work very well in low light and no light situations and the LEDs meet FAA standards. You will be seen when you have the HEL-STAR strobe turned on."
