The reported proposed Airsoft field in Williams Township is now on hold. The zoning officials withheld their approval of the The Grid Code skirmish field since they have not seen the full plan, such as where vehicles should park. This means that the field organiser will have to satisfy the officials that he ticks off everything in the checklist before it gets final approval.

According to Lehigh Valley Live, the Zoning Board Chairman halted the hearing as the township needs more information:

"I don't know if we even want to continue on with this," Ernst said. "What you're proposing is not an art studio with hand-drawn dimensions. You are proposing something that, quite frankly, to the board is a serious matter, even though it's a game."
