We start off with warmup drills from 10m (30ft) away and we do:

• Single shot ready-up drills
• Controlled pair ready-up drills
• Target transition drills

Then we move to 20m (60ft) and do the same drills as above.

Finally, we finish off with moving and shooting drills."
