Jonathan Higgs talks about the Spartan Delta Series for those looking for an E&L Airsoft-quality AK AEG but are on tight budgets in this Airsoftology review... "E&L has held their place among the best AKs in airsoft since they hit the market a few years back... but the price can be discouraging for those of us on a budget. But what if you could get that same E&L quality for less money? Well, the Spartan Delta Series could be the answer; but does the quality hold up?"
USAirsoft reviews the Spartan Delta Series AKMS AEG and so far the initial impression is not good... "Spartan Delta Series AKMS By E&L Review - NOT IMPRESSED... Yet. For $260 I expect a lot but maybe I expected a bit too much this time. Reported by Public Enemy and confirmed by Bunny Workshop is the Warrior Airsoft Special Edition Dummy PVG-18. Due to requests for a "light version" of the dummy standard GPNVG-18 being produced by Spartan Airsoft, Warrior Airsoft modified the Spartan Airsoft GPNVG-18 Standard version to also have its own light-on function, which is available only in the Deluxe and more expensive version of the Spartan Airsoft GPNVG-18.

The battle of Dummy GPNVG-18s continues as other airsoft blogs and websites review the dummies made by FMA and Spartan Airsoft. Austrian Airsoft website, Spartan AT, reviews both products and finds the Spartan Airsoft to be a much better dummy whilst the FMA version has its flaws, cannot be faulted much due to its price. So price versus functionality (you can see better through the Spartan Airsoft version)? You decide.
Public Enemy brought the Spartan Airsoft Dummy NVG18 to CQB Plaza for a field test to find out if a user look through the dummy lenses properly without any problem at all. Since it's a dummy, you'll have to forgive the user for some initial problems since he was shooting at low light conditions. But overall he can shoot at the targets well which means the lenses are clear enough to look through. Also take note that the shooter also wore spectacles.
