With this fabric the BDU is said to waterproof, odour-proof, and breathable as the Teflon is Milspec T/C 65/35. Even the dyeing process is also Milspec that thousands of machine wash will need to be done before the colour totally fades out.
This time, we cannot really say which previously released face mask this design is based on as there's already several lower face mesh masks with the ear protection integrated already circulating in the airsoft market. This is already a second generation design which has more fabric (looks Cordura on the first glance) at the where the mask meets the skin to provide more comfort.
