Straszydło Celebrate Their 5th Birthday!

OptimusPrime

Straszydło Combatientes Desperados (SCD) the guys behind the world-famous SCDTV Airsoft YouTube Channel celebrated their 5th birthday and they forgot to invite us (kidding!). Congratulations to SCD and may they make more airsoft stories and reviews in the following years... "Over 100 people + great fun + tons of bbs+ beer+ sausages+ great prizes= Straszydło's 5th Birthday party!"

Camera Gear Reviews from Straszydło

OptimusPrime

Perhaps not of interest by a good number of airsoft players, but for those who take the risk of BBs hitting their expensive equipment these reviews are welcome. Combat photographers can check these new reviews of camera gear from by Straszydło wherein Dudek goes a lens pouch from SAGear and PSTG Camera Strap. These products have been reviewed for the combat photographer in mind and should take the punishment of the rugged outdoors. Just click on the links to read the full reviews.

What Are The SCDTV Guys Up To?

OptimusPrime

It seems the SCDTV Crew are up to their necks doing a ton of video reviews. Looking at the photos, they have several interesting airsoft guns in their review pipeline that will last them at least a month or two... "Hi friends! We'd like to share with you some of our latest photos from our video session. Can you guess what we were filming? :D"

SCD Reviews of Polish SpecOps Products

OptimusPrime

Two reviews from the awesome Polish guys of SCD and they reach into their own country for us to learn of some products that can be purchased by players from Poland. We are actually digging these items from Polish company, SPECOPS, especially the cap, which of course go great with the jacket. Learn about these products in written, rather than the usual video review, form.

Aries Outdoor Muff & TS Defender-2 Reviews

OptimusPrime

Here is a good review by SCD of a gear that is very useful for weather conditions. If you're not picky about the colour of a handwarmer, then this Aries Outdoor Muff or handwarmer should be needed especially as we expect a longer cold duration and I know that some of you might find it funny having one of these dangling in front. The other review is the Fort Defender-2 copy sent in by Toy Soldier.

Aries Outdoor Muff By Dudek

Tactical Workshop 1961a Mossy Oak Review

OptimusPrime

SCD really are polishing up their writing skills in their latest review... "TS 1961a is a great piece of gear. It can hold various items, but you have to be aware of your skirmish needs. Using 500D cordura makes it light and due to its original design the rig is breathable and provides great weight distribution. Although the rig can hold a decent amount of gear but you’d better think of an additional backpack if you’re into 12-72h milsims. For short skirmishes the rig is perfect as it is.

Aries Outdoor Hybrid MP9 Chestrig

OptimusPrime

This is nicely made chestrig for MP9 magazines and this gets a review by Dudek of SCD... "Aries Outdoor uses the best materials available on the market. The rig is made from cordura 560dtex in ranger green,  buckles are ITW Nexus or Duraflex, Velcro by Paiho, Pasamon poliamid tapes. Perfect sewing, top-notch stitching. I just can’t find any flaws on this piece of gear. I am absolutely happy!

SCD: PSTG Tropical Hat Review

OptimusPrime

Another written review from SCD. This time Dudek reviews the PSTG Tropical Hat... "The hat resembles the classic 'boonie' and there is nothing to argue about in the lack of innovation. It’s hard to figure out something absolutely new. I do not know what camouflage is currently in stock at PSTG, but at the beginning they had four camos available: original AOR1, Norwegian woodland  M/98 camouflage, olive and Wz93 Pantera."

SCD Review: MS-2000M Strobo Comparison

OptimusPrime

SCD latest review is again, a written one this time. They compare the ACR Electronics Inc. MS-2000(M) Mil-Spec Strobe Light against the replica being sold to airsoft players… "The Element / Emerson copy is  made really well. You feel that it is plastic but of good quality. Minor differences do not disqualify the original version. Is it worth taking? If you think that it is necessary in your game or loadout, yes. The price is about half the price of a used original."
