"The fledgling defence and technology company Incotek Security Solutions has just been awarded its first big US Government contract via an OGA office.

The contract is for a US backed black operation to implement a forcible regime change in the middle eastern country of Turkmenistan, a western friendly leader in this region will allow a strategic staging post in to both Afghanistan and Iran, as well as provide opportunities for export of natural resources.

Incotek Security Solutions under the control of CEO Erick Devens, and newly appointed operations director and ex delta force Colonel Dan Briggs, have assembled a tough team of military contractors drawn for both US and UK special forces and are ready to begin the first phase of the operation:

• Phase 1, infiltrate and assault the military installation (Camp zaltarn) which houses the presidential residence of president Saparmurat Niyazov and his personal elite troops the Turkmenistan Imperial Guard (TIG).
• Capture and depose president Niyazov and his administration, ensuring the president and his family are exiled (safely if possible)
• Implement Gurbanguly Berdinuhamedow, a US friendly candidate from the opposing political party in Turkmenistan as the new interim leader

Phase 1 is a multimillion dollar contract, and is only the first phase in bringing Turkmenistan under control of a US shadow administration, the contract also includes any "spoils of war" bounty solicited by Incotek as its carries out the Mission, this alone could be worth millions due to the fact the facility is rumoured to house the countries gold/precious gems reserves.
