There is a high anticipation for the release of the M249 Gas Blowback LMG which VFC is developing and Evike.com got their hands on a prototype for them to review. This is the world’s first practical GBB machine gun, made of lightweight aluminum and featuring an open bolt simulation and a high performance aluminum bolt carrier. It has a 100-round ultra-lightweight magazine that is separate from the gas tank, and can be taken apart and reassembled like a real gun. It has a variable HOP and a bipod. It uses HFC134a gas and 6mm BB bullets, and is suitable for ages 18 and over.
