A Dboys Full Metal Shark 14mm CCW Flash Hider was threaded onto the shortened barrel. Modification with the Front sight block moved back to the gas block.

The polymer rail handguard was replaced with a real steel AK rail system. In addition, custom mounting was required to further secure the metal AK rail.

A black Strike Industries, Cobra Tactical Fore grip was added to complement the rail allowing multiple shooting support holds.

The AK was given a two-toned paint job. Flat Tan Krylon paint was sprayed on the gas block, bolt cover, receiver body and stock.

The grip was heat stippled using a fine point tip from a wood burning kit. “MRC3″ was engraved on the back of the grip (spells MULE, if viewed vertically). Red crayon accents were added to the auto fire indicator and white crayon accents to the semi-auto indicator.

The AK chronoed at 350fps with .20g BB’s.
