The highly anticipated Main Match Days of the 2025 IPSC Action Air World Shoot officially kicked off today at the Iloilo Convention Center, marking a pivotal moment in the week-long international shooting competition. Hundreds elite shooters from more than 20 countries converged on the venue, ready to test their skills across 30 meticulously designed stages that challenge speed, precision, and power.

Competitors began the day with Stage 1 at 8:00 AM, navigating dynamic layouts that included moving targets, low-light simulations, and complex barricades. Each stage was engineered to push athletes to their limits, demanding not only technical mastery but also mental resilience. The Iloilo Convention Center’s state-of-the-art facilities provided a controlled environment, ensuring fair play and safety throughout the day.

Organizers maintained strict adherence to IPSC safety protocols, with medical teams and emergency services on standby. Competitors arriving from abroad had their Action Air equipment cleared through Manila International Airport, following procedures coordinated by the Philippine National Police and PPSA representatives. The seamless logistics contributed to a smooth and secure match day experience for all participants.

With Day 1 of the Main Match now complete, competitors will regroup and analyze their performance ahead of the next stages. The match continues through August 3, culminating in a closing ceremony that will celebrate excellence, sportsmanship, and international camaraderie.
