It’s not Christmas yet and shots will be fired at Nakatomi Plaza that John McClane will have to survive. That or go inside survival camps as John Rambo. You get to play two of the most famous action characters of the 1980s in Call of Duty: Warzone, Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer, and Call of Duty Mobile this week.

Both characters will be made available starting today for Warzone and Black Ops Cold War until the 19th of June. For Call of Duty Mobile, they will appear on the 20th of May.

The promo is called 80s Action Heroes, both the Die Hard and Rambo Operator Bundles will come with their own set of weapons, a Legendary Calling Card and Emblem, an Epic Watch, and an Epic Weapon Charm.

For the Die Hard Operator Bundle, Nakatomi Plaza, the famous landmark in the first Die Hard movie that turned Bruce Willis as a bankable action star, will be part of the Downtown map, replacing the Broadcast Tower and for fans of Die Hard, there will be five floors familiar to them where they can just blow each other away. We wonder if Hans Gruber will make an appearance as well.

In the Rambo Operator Bundle, the campsites in Verdansk map are turned into survival camps which will remind you of Rambo: First Blood Part 2. Collect a number of dog tags or loadout items and you will get a significant reward. Another is a CIA outpost which is a hangar converted for use by CIA operatives who will track Rambo down.

So get ready and be prepared to download these when they become ready. We just hope that Snake Plisksken (Escape from New York) and Major Alan 'Dutch' Schaefer (Predator) will soon be added as bundles.

This bundle includes the Legendary Operator; two Finishing Moves, including one using his signature bow and arrow; three Legendary Weapon Blueprints—an assault rifle, an LMG and a Knife Blueprint; a Legendary Calling Card and Emblem; and an Epic Watch and Charm.

This bundle includes the Legendary Operator, a Finishing Move, three Legendary Weapon Blueprints—one tactical rifle, two SMG, and one assault rifle—a Legendary Calling Card and Emblem, an Epic Watch, and an Epic Weapon Charm.
