With the war ongoing in Ukraine, the Ukranian airsoft community, represented by the Airsoft Federation of Ukraine (AFU), has communicated with the European Airsoft Federation (EAF), to appeal for donations from the airsoft community to send them much needed gear to help support in their defense of the country from Putin.

We’re now at the start of the Spring Season, and if you’re planning to do some spring cleaning of your airsoft gear, perhaps you might want to send your gear to Ukraine if you believe in their cause. If you do intend on donating your unneeded gear, you might want to ensure that these are durable enough to meet the rigors of actual warfare. Some of our gear are replicas and will not last long, so it’s best to send the genuine items. They will need tactical gear and other equipment.

PLEASE READ: UKRAINE NEEDS HELP FROM AIRSOFT

First off, our thoughts are with airsoft players in Ukraine and our valued member Airsoft Federation of Ukraine (AFU). EAF has kept in touch, and we can report that (thankfully) some of them have been able to escape the conflict zones. Others have not been so lucky, and of course some will be directly involved in the fighting. We're all thinking of you in this dark time.

But I'll get to the point; AFU has just put out a request to the European airsoft community for equipment to send to Kyiv. They need boots, armour helmets, vests, etc. They have specifically requested RADIO EQUIPMENT and DRONES. Please think carefully about what you can send, and PM this page. We will pass this information on. Companies and individuals can donate.

Another way to donate is to send money to savelife.in.ua an independent organisation that supports Ukrainian soldiers.

I never expected our peaceful airsoft sport in to be talking about real conflict, but european friends are in deep trouble, and we must stand with them.

As for other donations you might want to send such as medical supplies, you can send to Red Cross and other organisations responding to the crisis.
