It's that time again when all the politicians in the Philippines start doing the song and dance routine, plus kissing babies and pumping hands. The campaign season for the 2010 National Elections is now heating up, from the President down to the local government positions. And it is always bloody as hell with rival families and clans vying for the positions that really don't pay well "on paper", and you know what I mean.

I've been using this rifle as I go on fragging some hotshot players during COD MW2 multiplayer and the Rate of Fire and stability of this rifle in the game just make this rifle rocks. It started as Magpul Masada, then Bushmaster ACR, now it's called the Remington ACR (Adaptive Combat Rifle), as its engineers are trying to resolve production problems. We have been getting some emails and reports about some issues with regards to the Society of American Women in Airsoft and Adventure. The SAWA Facebook account has been deleted and there are allegations made by about the group. We have gotten a statement from Tommie Perez, who had been to an activity of SAWA, but she said that the event went kaput.

It's a slow week and the guys are still nursing their hangovers and bum tummys from all the drinking and partying in the past few days. There's still no letup as New Year's Eve is fast approaching to welcome the Year of the Tiger. Since most of the airsoft guns originate from the Far East, with the Chinese almost dominating the market, then we must look into what this year should bring, especially for those with lucky elements of metal, wood and fire.

The British Army gets a new look for the 21st Century, with the Multi-Terrain Pattern (MTP) replacing the venerable Disruptive Pattern Material(DPM), which has so well-served the British Armed forces for almost half a century. The MTP is a hybrid version of the Crye Precision Multicam Pattern and the DPM. At least UK airsoft players can have first dibs at this design if surplus stores will have this in the future.

Ratratan 2009 Latest Intel. The Philippine government, as part of the Mutual Defense Treaty with the United States, has requested for some RECONSAT photos to find the whereabouts of Elias Morales who is hiding at the foot of the Sierra Madre Mountains east of Metro Manila.

Established on the later part of the year 2006, Elite Airsoft Essex was founded by a father and son team, Greg and Steve. Double Tap Unit or Dtap was born in 2007 here in Honolulu, Hawaii. In fact, Dtap has just celebrated its birthday last November the 27th. We started off as a small group of guys who just recently got back from the war. We wanted to get into something as a group, and we wanted to do something fun.
