Jerry “Beast” Ross from Gorilla Airsoft Radio

One of the more well-known members of the airsoft community, Jerry “Beast” Ross, the founder of Gorilla Airsoft Radio, is now at the hospital following a motorcycle accident. Gorilla Airsoft Radio posted the news in the middle of the week and that he had to be airlifted to UCLA in order to be treated for his injuries.

Given how expensive it is to be given medical care in the U.S.A., a fundraising effort has been organised to help with the expenditures needed by Beast and any amount that you can send his way will be much appreciated. So far, the initial target of US$2,000 has been achieved, but we see more funds will be needed, especially for his recovery.

Perhaps you can look into your holiday airsoft shopping budget if there is something you can set aside for him? If you want to donate right now, you can go the GoFundMe page that was put together by Tanner Goff:

Gorilla Airsoft Radio is the longest running airsoft podcast.  The podcast series was founded in 2009 and has over 260 episodes available for listeners. The podcast covers anything that interests the airsoft community, from event AARs to industry politics. It is labeled as "Crass and Juvenile" due to its use of adult language and profanity but overall, it is a much celebrated airsoft podcast that has lasted over the years as compared to others.

We at Popular Airsoft wish Jerry as speedy recovery and we look forward to him back at his Gorilla Airsoft Radio studio to churn out even more podcast episodes.
