The annual photo contest from G&G Armament called “Show Yourself” is now accepting entries from airsoft players around the world. One of the longest running, if not the longest, photo contests in airsoft, the G&G “Show Yourself” promises cash prizes and goodies to the photographers who have submitted the winning entries.

The Gold Prize winner will get a pick of 3 G&G Airsoft Guns (pre-selected models) and the Creative Prize winner gets US$1,000.00 cash prize. There is also a “Team Prize” in which apart from winning airsoft guns, they will be introduced in next year’s product catalogue. Before individuals and groups can submit their entries they will first apply by submitting the downloadable application forms from the contest’s official website.

According to G&G by submitting application forms, entries will get more chances to receive more votes.

Whilst there are requirements in terms of entry submissions, it is most important that the photos focus on G&G’s brand and products, not other brand and products included.

The contest period has already started and the deadline for submission of entries will be on the 18th of September 2019 by 2300H Taipei time (GMT+8). Voting period will be from 23 September to 30 September 2019.  Winners will be announced on the 7th of October 2019.

So how are the winners selected? There is an Internal Voting in which the top 3 places are voted by authorized G&G personnel as taken from all submitted pieces by every participant/team. There is also the Public Voting in which every submitted work will be selected by G&G, before these are uploaded to the official website for public voting.

The voting process for the top 3 places will not be disclosed to public this year according to G&G. The Special award winner is the entry that garners the highest number of online votes.
