Airsoft teams up for some tactical force-on-force competitive action can start practicing as the organisers of BattleArena have announced that Season 6 will be back this year. Season 6 was supposed to have proceeded in 2020 but was held up by the Covid-19 pandemic. The BattleArena organisers decided to postpone the event as they did not want to risk the health of the various teams and their own team plus the restrictions put in place by governments made it logistically hard to hold it.

For Season 6, the world championship is seen to be held in the Netherlands in November 2022. With just 8 months to prepare, teams will have to go to qualifiers by earning rating points in their divisions with the initial goal of meeting the minimum in order to qualify. The points can be earned by participating in local tournaments in the accredited Battle Arenas in their countries. There are accredited Battle Arenas in Europe, North America, Russia, Africa, and Asia. Interested teams can click here to look up if there is BattleArena in their countries.
