Halloween 2020: Don’t Forget To Leave Your Airsoft Guns At Home

Halloween 2020

Planning on going trick-or-treating later? If yes, then it’s time for you to listen from the airsoft community’s annual “leave you airsoft guns at home on Halloween” public service announcement. You can wear any costume you want, even wear your airsoft loadout to when going out knocking on doors, as long as you don’t bring any airsoft gun or any replica firearm, then you’re good.

For obvious reasons that we don’t recommend you bring your airsoft guns along on Halloween parties since part of airsoft safety rule is not to bring them out in public lest you alarm people and have the police called on you.

But with the pandemic going on, it is better to spend it Halloween at home since there won’t be parties in most places given that restrictions imposed by authorities to limit the spread of the coronavirus. If your area is in a lockdown we recommend that you better do some online gaming, read a book, spend quality time with the people within your safety bubble, or perhaps do some maintenance or upgrades on your airsoft guns.

Just in case you are still allowed to go trick-or-treating even if there are still some Covid-19 cases in your area, we’d recommend that you follow social distancing rules, wear a mask (the one used to prevent droplets and aerosols), and bring sanitizers after knocking on doors or ringing doorbells.

But if you’re lucky bastards that live areas where there are no cases and restrictions lifted, then party on!

Happy Halloween!
