Yesterday, the IWA Outdoor Classics 2022 finally opened its doors wide open to the public after two years of the trade event being cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, for this year Popular Airsoft won’t be on site and will be relying on the reports of those who are in Nuremberg, as the the airsoft industry has a very small presence this year.

This means that other happenings at the IWA Outdoor Classics, the Mealsim IWA, Airsoft Meetup and Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards Awarding Ceremony won’t be taking place as well. It looks like Finnegan’s, the watering hole for the airsoft community during IWA will also see a lesser number of drinkers.

With the first day, not much has been reported and the main bulk are videos of the Umarex booth which is one of the biggest exhibitors at the IWA Outdoor Classics together with Heckler & Koch. Umarex TV showcases what are on the display covering airsoft, spring guns, blank firing guns, and hunting goodies:
