Washing cars can be a chore or can be fun for car owners, depending on how they take care of their cars. For the petrolheads, it can be a joy taking care of a nicely built car after a day out burning rubber, washing down the dirt and oil to make their car look shiny again. But for others it is more convenient just bringing it to the car wash and have others do it for you.

If you love your car and an airsofter, then it’s going to get more fun. Brad DeBerti of the “Twin Turbos” series on the Discovery Channel, demonstrated early this month his “DeBerti AR-Foam Cannon”. Yes, that’s right! A foam gun sprayer that uses an AR-body which looks to be an airsoft AR and we suspect it to be the Matrix Sportsline M4 CQB-R with 9" Rail AEG available at Evike.com.

According to DeBerti, this is just a limited release and it is hand-built and designed by him. This can be used as pressure washer wand or as a Renegade foam cannon attachment so it can use Renegade Products Money Shot foam for washing cars. It costs US$1,500 to order and as of this writing, the expected amount of orders has been reached.

If you have ordered this, it takes three weeks to build and it is non-refundable. It does not come with a pressure washer even for its US$1,500 price.

This can be a good business for an airsoft shop. They buy up all those used airsoft guns and turn them into foam cannons that they can sell to car wash shops or airsofters who have their own pressure washers so they wash their cars with rifles.

They just need to make sure to inform the neighborhood that their AR foam cannons are harmless car wash wands so they don’t get to alarm the folks and have the police called on them.

A tempting device for car wash and perhaps more tempting than having your car washed by bikini car wash girls. Either get this or make your own with your unwanted airsoft rifle.
