Hell Week is when candidates undergo five and a half days of continuous training. They sleep at four hours at most during the entire week, runs more than 320 km, and do physical training for more than 20 hours per day.  This takes place on the fourth week after the first three weeks of basic conditioning phase.

It uses the Luminox's CARBONOX case and use an ultra-precise Ronda 715 HH6 movement with red markings for the final 15 minutes on its unidirectional bezel and 316L stainless steel caseback.
